Healthy 50 - HealthSpace Cleveland Museum selected AmTrust Bank as a winner of the Healthy 50. This award was created to honor Northeast Ohio's healthiest employers. Fifty employers in Northeast Ohio were honored as forward thinking companies that promote health and wellness in the workplace. AmTrust Bank has earned recognition for its dedication to employee health and wellness.

BICEPP Award - The BICEPP Award acknowledges continued and steady work in developing, maintaining, and exercising a corporate-wide comprehensive Business Continuity plan. An important criterion in the selection process is evidence that a company is consistently improving their plans, which should encompass all mission critical business functions.
Companies That Care - The Center for Companies That Care recognizes AmTrust Bank as a company dedicated to the well-being of its employees and the community it serves. AmTrust is listed alongside 26 other companies on the organization's Honor Roll published annually. The Center for Companies That Care is a national, not-for-profit organization founded to encourage, celebrate and sustain businesses that prize employees and are committed to community service.

Cleveland Advertising Association Citation Award - The Cleveland Advertising Association ADDY Awards Competition is sponsored by the Cleveland Advertising Association, a member association comprised of advertising and media professionals. The ADDY Awards Competition is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition for creative excellence. In 2003, AmTrust won a certificate of creative excellence Citation Award. In 2007, AmTrust won two bronze ADDY Awards.

ComputerWorld's 100 Best Places to Work in IT - The AmTrust Information Technology Department has been named one of the "Top 100 places to work in IT" by ComputerWorld Magazine for two years in a row. The IT group received special recognition for working with partners through early adopter groups to stay on the leading edge of technology, having flexible hours, and it’s its open door environment.

Customer Interface ACCE Award - Customer contact centers from industries of all types throughout the world entered the competition, which features 14 different award categories. The winners in each of the 14 categories were also eligible for the coveted Zenith Award, which is presented for highest overall score. AmTrust also won the Zenith Award in 2001.
Website of the Year for 2002 - Mortgage Technology Magazine selected OHIO's Gemstone as Website of the Year for 2002. Since its rollout in October of 1999, Gemstone has made the transition from a website that offers information only to one that offers full transactions.
International Midas Award Finalist - The Midas Awards recognize the world’s best work in financial services communications. In 2003 the AmTrust website was named a finalist in the "Best Website" category. Additionally, in 2001 and 2002 OSB was a finalist based on an employment advertising series in Kaleidoscope Magazine, a Cleveland-based magazine focused for the African-American community.

North Coast 99 - The North Coast 99 award is presented annually by the Employers Resource Council (ERC) to ninety-nine local businesses judged to be among the best places to work. In 2003, the Company was recognized for its accomplishments in the area of Training and Development. In past years, the Company has also received special recognition in the areas of Recruiting and Retention (1999 and 2002) and Communications (2001).

Pacesetter for United Way - AmTrust Bank has been selected as a Pacesetter organization by United Way for the past five years, due to the growth in contributions to the United Way. Being a pacesetter organization involves leading the internal United Way campaign one to two months in advance of the "regular" UW campaign, providing the United Way with benchmarks to which other organizations can strive to achieve. This includes areas such as percentage of employees contributing to an organization’s campaign and percentage of growth in employee contributions to the annual campaign.

Training Top 100 - The Training Top 100 ranks companies according to their level of investment in workforce development. The ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative data including financial investment in employee development, the type and scope of training and development programs provided to employees, the quality of these programs and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.

Weatherhead 100 Centurion Awards - AmTrust Bank has received three Weatherhead 100 Centurion Awards. Weatherhead Centurions are northeast Ohio companies with 100% or more sales growth over a five-year period, and net sales of $100 million in the previous year. Since 1987, the Weatherhead 100 has showcased the fastest growing companies in northeast Ohio.
American Inhouse Design Award - The American Inhouse Design Award is chosen by the editors of Graphic Design USA, a monthly business-to-business magazine for professional graphic designers and related creative and production professionals. The competition aims to assure that the outstanding work of inhouse designers is fully recognized by colleagues, the creative community and, importantly, corporate and institutional management. In 2005, nearly 3,000 entries were submitted of which only the top 15% were honored. AmTrust Bank won two awards.
